one/another: a dialogue in collaborative drawing relies on the internet to complete a drawing exchange. Beginning on the first day of the Lunar New Year we begin a year-long process of reciprocal drawings. This drawing process is intended as an ongoing conversation...a way to stay in touch/engaged through process instead of words. We're interested in establishing a visual vocabulary that reflects our shared sensibility. Each week one of us will submit a drawing and the other will respond the following week, resulting in a total of 55* drawings. The drawings are completed, separate from one another, and are revealed to each other, and the public, through this site. This turn taking format will remain constant throughout the year but the medium will change, according to season.
